TRAINING FACILITIES
Train with a wide range of strength machines, power cages, squat racks and olympic-grade bars, plates, dumbbells. The program includes access to custom-built strength training machines for targeted body-part workouts.
TEAM REDCAGE
Our trainers are certified powerlifting athletes / coaches with a comprehensive understanding of strength training techniques. The program includes overall guidance and supervision (for ex during heavy lifts) by Redcage Trainers. Personal Training and Nutrition Addons are available.
