At Redcage, you train in a large Mixed Martial Arts ring/cage built for international athletes, with additional safety measures like floor and wall cushion paddings.The guided workouts use equipment like punching bags, gloves and safety guards.

TEAM REDCAGE
All our trainers are certified Mixed Martial Arts athletes or coaches. The program includes expert supervision, motivation and progress monitoring.
