TRAINING FACILITIES

At Redcage, the WELLNESS program is conducted in a relaxed environment on matted/turf floors with a special emphasis on cleanliness and safety. The program incorporates several relaxation and therapy techniques used by athletes , such as :

The TRAINERS

All our trainers are certified athletes or coaches with a background in sports science. They are trained to identify and manage chronic pain or injuries. The program includes expert supervision, motivation and progress monitoring.
